What You Will Be Doing:
You will be recruiting for a large client in the Houston area and will be based in our Atlanta or Houston facility.
Responsible for sourcing, recruiting and on-boarding candidates. This position requires the ability to identify and attract the best possible talent through cold calling, networking, referrals and advertising. Being a member of the recruiting team requires working at a fast pace, while meeting weekly and monthly goals. Recruiters must maintain candidate pipelines that meet staffing needs, while building a reputation for solid, competent and caring placements.
Recruiters help cultivate and maintain a positive working environment.
-Sources, interviews and hires talent including all clinical hospital positions
-Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing talent; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
-Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with appropriate hiring managers
-Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
-Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting.
-Suggest proper medias for approaching the right caliber candidates.
-Conducts regular follow-up with managers to determine effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
-Implements full-cycle recruitment including offer negotiation, new hire paperwork, confirming training, and any other on-boarding tasks that are required
-Provides great customer service to our candidates by responding to all calls/email quickly.
-Inputs and updates Applicant Tracking System (ATS) on a daily basis.
-Provides daily updates to the Manager of Recruitment regarding status of current candidates
Experience You Have:
-3+ years of recruiting.
-Healthcare hiring experience. If you have Agency AND Healthcare hiring experience, we will do backflips when we get your resume!!
-Able to work in a fast paced hiring environment.
-Prior experience recruiting healthcare clinical people a plus but not mandatory
-Experience working with an ATS. If you have Maxhire that is perfect, but open to any
-Computer proficiency, especially Word, Excel and Outlook, internet & email communications
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail (need Type A organizational skills)
