Kyeema is an outsourced software development firm with a specialty focus in developing Mobile and Server technology solutions. We have a presence here in Silicon Valley supported by offshore teams.
Our business model means we partner with our clients to align our objectives. Our typical clients are early stage startups building their MVPs for either organic growth or capital raising.
Kyeema is looking for a qualified Sales and Business Development Manager to join the team. We seek someone who is a self starter and driven to succeed beyond their quotas, that is... must have hustle.
You will identify, call-upon and close leads. This is a very active and important role within the company and will be rewarded and respected appropriately.
Responsiblities:
- Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with partner clients
- Manage your sales pipeline
- Prepare presentations
- Manage lead information
- Provide support for social media efforts
- Listen to customer feedback
- Manage existing customers and anticipate their future needs
- Build sales frameworks to assist internal ventures ramp their sales processes
Compensation:

Requirements:
- Must have exposure to software development teams and processes
- Demonstrable successful experience in a previous sales and business development role
- Able to build and document sales processes to help with the sales team expansion
- Comfortable managing your own time
- Able to listen to and quickly understand customer needs/pain points
- Ability to translate customer needs into proposals
- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with both clients and coworkers
