Senior Manager/Director Outbound Marketing
Guardant Health (GHI) is dedicated to helping bring personalized medicine into routine clinical practice by tracking cancer in real-time. Harnessing advanced technology, GHI develops clinical oncology tests and services that provide non-invasive genomic sequencing of tumors to help oncologists determine the right treatment at the right time for each patient. We are currently seeking a Senior Manager/Director of Outbound Marketing. The Senior Manager/ Director of Outbound Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of outbound marketing strategies and marketing plans to support the Guardant360 product.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creating and managing marketing plans, crafting value propositions, key messaging and other strategies to help maintain the Guardant360 brand.
• Help drive demand generation and opportunities within the oncologist community to support business growth.
• Develop key messages and deliver on marketing campaigns, programs, events and other tactics.
• Liaise with Creative Director on creative execution of multiple programs and deliverables.
• Provide general support for product launches and sales plans.
• Monitor and analyze metrics for measuring the impact and ROI of campaigns.
• Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
• BA/BS in relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.
• Experience within healthcare a plus.
• Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills required.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management as well as problem resolution skills required.
• Positive can-do attitude and ability to work in a startup environment.
