POSITION – DATA ANALYST
DURATION – 6 MONTHS +

Job Responsibilities:
• Retrieve, Analyze Synthesize data and information gathered from various internal and external sources to facilitate informed business decisions making and devising strategy
• Research, collect and analyze market data on relevant industries, product/service markets, competitors, customers and group companies through various modes.
• Identify customers, business and revenue opportunity based upon historical trends and current market dynamics
• Financial Statistical Modeling in order to gather revenue trends and forecasting.
• Research and synthesize competitor and marketplace moves to deliver regular perspectives on the competitive marketplace
• Analyze both external and internal sources utilizing primary and secondary research methodologies
• Partner with Marketing, Product and Sales to inform messaging and win/gain global market share
• Partner with Customer Insights to understand market forces on customer perceptions and D&B results
• Support internal inventory and analysis of key competitive advantages to support Insight Analytics strategy work
• Establish and maintain processes for sourcing, processing, and delivering relevant information to end users.
• Establish models and frameworks to determine total available market, market share, and market opportunity for various market segments and business units.
• Provide various types of intelligence products, e.g., market signals, profiles, analysis reports, and briefing workshops.
• Provide continuous standardized deliverables as well as ad hoc research projects.
• Create Market Intelligence portal for to enhance the efficiency of storing and delivering business information and insights.
Technical Expertise:
• MS Excel (Pivots, graphs, functions, lookups) MS Access, MS PowerPoint
• Advanced Data base tools such as Teradata, SAS, IBM Cognos, Chordiant, Business Objects, Tableau
• Sales Force CRM
• Nielsen, Hoovers, Dun Bradstreet Databases
• Financial Statistical Models
