Position Summary:

The WW Partner Programs Coordinator is a key contributor to the global partner programs team helping

to coordinate programs and campaigns in support of the WW Partner Program Manager. The primary

objective is to help manage effective partner focused programs. The WW Partner Programs Coordinator

will also support the regional Channel Program Manager (CPM) to drive greater efficiency and help our client

achieve its revenue goals.

The WW Partner Programs Coordinator's primary responsibility is to report and track channel programs

in order to ensure the expected results are achieved. The WW Partner Programs Coordinator should

also make recommendation to the global channel leadership team on ways we can change or improve

programs designed to drive partner enablement and our client���s bookings revenue. The primary objective is to

help our client achieve its revenue goals by implementing partner programs and systems support that ensures

the company meets its sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for upholding our client's Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of

the Code or other company policies

-Audit, maintain and update existing global partner program materials

-Audit, maintain and update program results through program period

-Coordinate the creation of new partner program materials with WW Channel Marketing

-Audit incoming MSP/CLP partner application requests to insure follow up is occurring

- Audit and update Salesforce.com MSP/CLP partner records to ensure data accuracy in

coordination with Sales Operations

-Audit and update UNITYnet partner accreditation and certification records to ensure data

accuracy

-Audit, propose and implement updates to the Partner Resource Center (PRC) web site

-Manage and update global partner SharePoint site (HIVE)

-Coordinate manage global partner requests for Strongbox purchases, track and report usage and

results

-Provide logistical support for channel communications related to product launches

-Perform special projects that are limited in duration

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or communications preferred

-2+ years prior related work experience

-1+ years experience in a high-tech environment

-Experience with the basic Microsoft Office suite of programs: Word, Excel (including Pivot

Tables), PowerPoint, Outlook

-Ability to create Salesforce.com reports and use the data for analytical purposes

-Experience with SharePoint

-Tableau Reporting Experience a plus

-CRM experience a plus

-Responsible, organized with great attention to detail

-Excellent written and verbal communication skill

-Ability to work independently or within a group

-Good interpersonal skills and positive customer support attitude understanding

-Good problem solving skills to find solutions and alternatives to current processes

-Ability to multitask and managing time appropriately in fast paced environment
