The Sage Group is looking for a User Acquisition Marketing Manager with previous experience in Mobile Digital Marketing, for our client, a leading mobile messaging service. This role is to manage direct-to-consumer acquisition and retention programs to successfully grow our client's user base maximize lifetime value. You will have the opportunity to implement best in class mobile campaign strategies, tools, and techniques in support of core marketing objectives. Responsibilities

Manage mobile demand generation and retention, manage campaigns and plans to successfully reach quarterly marketing acquisition and retention goals, optimizing where necessary to ensure targets are met

Implement best-of-breed, mostly non-paid, acquisition and retention programs across mobile and web channels, leveraging cross-marketing channels (email, social, text notifications)

On an as needed basis, implement Facebook ads, mobile network ads, Google SEM and video ads

Ensure the right technology is in place to execute campaigns, including programming, trafficking and QA

Extract data insights from campaigns by working with the BI team to track performance, generate reports, and ensure ongoing optimization

Manage weekly retention targets and key reports across the most important platforms and countries

Rapidly develop a thorough understanding of data collection methods to enable A/B testing

Work closely with Marketing, BI, Design, Product to generate insights, solve acquisition, install base, and retention challenges, and inform business and product decisions by transforming data into knowledge

Skills Required

5+ years of work experience in Mobile Digital Marketing in an in-house or agency role

Solid retention marketing and analytical marketing based on understanding user segmentation and designing campaigns around segments

Be flexible working for a nimble, small team and be willing to roll up sleeves on all aspects of campaign management and execution.

Analytical and must have a sharp eye for detail

Be able to see the bigger strategic picture

Thrives in a fast paced environment and turns around campaigns tasks quickly

Has a sense of urgency and calm under pressure

Able to meet deadlines and thrive in an Agile development culture

Be able to work well in a lean, nimble and hands-on environment

Experienced managing agencies and managing global campaigns

Offline advertising/media buying experience is a plus
