JOB DESCRIPTION
In the role of Customer Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the confirmation and correction of data in our customer database. Duties include searching for company headquarters addresses, comparing system addresses and making corrections based on business rules. Work with the Senior Master Data Management Analyst to improve data accuracy. Strong communication and organization skills needed.
Responsibilities
• Investigate company headquarter addresses
• Compare existing locations
• Follow data quality standards
• Communicate issues and resolution to senior MDM analyst
Qualifications
• Proficiency in data lookup, handling and data manipulation via excel file, vlookup and formulas
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, ability to think strategically and logically
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
