Role: Business Analyst- Sevices Partner Activation & Eligibility
Location: San Francisco Bay Area
Time Commitment: Full time

Position Overview: Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our client's World Wide Services Partner organization.
This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Detail planning and timing of activation and activities required per partner on-boarding cycle
• Validation of partner qualifications/eligibility as well as activation information for accuracy and completeness
• Creation of activation templates and mass-upload files for service offer eligibility and discount as well as other partner credentials including those required for partner performance metrics measurement
• Initiate update process with respective system owners and monitor progress through completion – collaborate with services operations and IT as necessary in case of unforeseen issues/delays
• Facilitate tracking of manual processes as defined within department guidelines
• Validate accuracy of partner setups upon completion of activation activities
This position is also responsible for working with a cross functional team to develop and maintain the process documentation for the related processes. Additionally, detailed procedures, process reviews and improvement recommendations are required for this position
Skill Sets:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in business process development
- Past experience working in the channel for a high tech company is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including those related to business documentation.
- Effective collaboration in a fast-paced, highly matrixed work environment
- Accurate and effective communication.
- Awareness of needs to support on-going process improvement and development.
- Experience in cross-functional projects involving multiple resources
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (i.e., Word, Excel, MS Project, Visio, etc.).
- Ability to communicate, coordinate, and work cross functionally
- Prior experience within Cisco preferred, ideally in services sales operations, service sales support or customer service
