You are responsible for the development of marketing strategies, communication with sales and executive management to engineer our client as the clear leader in the industry. You will be executing marketing strategies to meet or exceed company objectives and measures / evaluates program effectiveness. Consolidates and analyzes competitive intelligence.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary owner of the clients identity to the distribution channel network and consumers for component products.
  • Establish mid to long term strategy and goals at global, regional and vertical levels in alignment with the businesses on channel development, product positioning and branding.
  • Establish consistency in company’s brand globally with ability of local adaptation
  • Generate demand pull and brand positioning for several product lines of product
  • Lead a team of regional and corporate channel marketing teams
  • Develop and grow the team strengths in leadership, skills and best practices.
  • Maintain and apply good knowledge of marketing innovations to enhance sales and marketing productivity and ROI in the field.
  • Accountable for marketing spent, processes and ROI measurement
  • Establish a set of creative materials and guidelines including delivery in local languages for the regional channel marketing and sales
  • Active and regular engagement with channel and consumer communities globally

 

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • A leader with a vision and a team player
  • Bachelor degree preferably in Marketing, Finance, Engineering
  • Min 10 years of channel engagement experience with min 8 years in channel and/or consumer marketing
  • Regional experience minimally required, international experience would be an advantage
  • Good proven track record in sustainable market share growth and brand development at a regional level
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Ability to manage at a high level and be hands on is required
  • Traveling is an essential part of this role
  • Base knowledge of distribution component supply chain dynamics
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies, product and volume forecasting methodologies
  • Thorough knowledge of financial modeling, corporate financial metrics
  • Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing operations
  • Developing successful programs and communications to the partner community
  • Leveraging entire marketing mix to successfully promote the company’s success
  • Building strong relationships with sales and cross functional groups
  • Project management and ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Working with international and domestic partners
  • Managing a multi-cultural, multi-regional, international staff
