Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Marketing Programs Manager, Life Sciences for a permanent/full time position with one of our clients located on the S.F. Bay Area Peninsula. The Marketing Programs Manager will drive multiple, concurrent demand generation campaigns from strategy definition to tactical execution. Campaigns will span a variety of online/offline marketing communication programs including web, social media, email, and video.
The ideal consultant is a creative, natural leader, possessing a strong ability to drive and project- manage a wide range of initiatives. Must have strong prioritization skills, be self-directed, results oriented and flexible.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Setting campaign strategies, including developing audience targets/list generation
* Developing and/or managing the demand generation campaign calendar
* Interfacing cross functionally to manage or gain approval for offers
* Leveraging existing content, customizing by target audiences and/or developing wholly new content
* Pulling data/managing lists and/or interfacing with other team members for database management relating to demand generation campaigns
* Employing social media marketing, Marketo and SalesForce.com for campaign program development and ongoing analysis
* Tracking and rolling up campaign metrics to senior management
* Providing feedback to drive demand gen best practices
Skills:
* 6+ years´ combined B2B marketing communications and demand generation experience in life sciences, biotech, medical, high tech (must have some life sciences experience)
* Proven track record of strategic development and hands-on tactical execution expertise
* Strong project management and prioritization skills
* Must have hands on experience with both Marketo and Salesforce.com
* Experience with Social media as a marketing tool: Facebook, twitter, blogs, target audience related community sites
* Awareness of how to integrate data from databases for demand generation campaigns in Marketo
* Solid writing, content development and editing skills
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
* BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, general Business or similar
Rate: D.O.E, as full time, permanent employee of client
Location: Onsite at client office in Redwood City. No phone calls please
