Title: Compliance Analyst
Contract: 6+months (renewed quarterly)
Location: San Jose, CA
-Plan and coordinate the operational activities to guarantee compliance with governmental regulations and ordinances.
-Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and well documented, performing occasional internal reviews and identifying compliance problems that call for formal attention.
-Develope risk management strategies to avoid non-compliance and file compliance reports with regulatory bodies.
-Bachelors degree required.
-5 years of experience are required.
