Title: Records Manager/Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 mos+ (renewable per quarter)

Experis has an urgent position for a Records Manager with the following qualifications:

Skills Required:
- 8 + years of Records Management experience and proven success with a broad scale RM implementations.
- Must have thorough knowledge of electronics records concept.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as demonstrated ability to market RM programs across cross-functional organizations.
- Must be able to multi-task on a broad range of issues effectively, often switching from senior-level engagements to IT, vendor management, and compliance teams.
- Must show strong ability to lead, motivate, and influence people at various levels and across multiple groups.

Educational Background Recommended:
- BA/BS degree
- Knowledge of global RM rules and regulations.

Desired Skills
- Understanding of and ability to apply process methodology (DMAIC/PLC) and collaboration platform would be extremely beneficial.
- Should have a proven track record of process improvements, establishing program management and solution delivery infrastructure, with supporting processes for tracking, measuring, and reporting results.

Responsibilities include:
- Apply Records Management (RM) expert knowledge with thorough understanding of core and cross-functional business processes.
- Support activities related to implementation of Enterprise Records Information Management (ERIM) solution for business organizations in collaboration with ERIM Operations, Training and Process managers.
- Analyze and provide advice based on geographical record retention rules and regulations.
- Develop and maintain ERIM policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Initiate and lead Records Management Business Process Workshops for client business groups; develop strategies and project plans for implementation in accordance with ERIM business goals and objectives.
- Establish program implementation objectives and assignments, in collaboration with Operations and Technology managers.
- Influence and/or change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others responsible for operational decisions that affect program goals, overall business operations and success.
- Support multiple ERIM Program Implementation initiatives
- Provide guidance to appropriate practitioner organizations within the company to help keep our client at the forefront of RM compliance
- Resolve cross-organization RM related issues
- Work closely with internal RM experts, cross-functional RM council as well as external RM counsel for policies, retention schedule, and compliance procedure review.
- Work closely with Operations manager on Acquisition advisory needs.
- Apply RM expert knowledge and understanding of all interdependencies between business processes and global RM rules and regulations.
