The Sage Group is looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant to work with a leading software company in San Jose, CA. This individual will be responsible for developing metrics and reporting for our marketing programs worldwide and delivering insights that improve marketing and business performance. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with superior communication skills and strong marketing and business acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish results.
Responsibilities Include
- Develop and drive worldwide reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
- Work across a diverse set of databases and systems, including customer, financial, web, and marketing, to perform hands-on analysis.
- Perform analysis to deliver insights and recommendations that increase marketing effectiveness and help drive decision-making.
- Support business and marketing planning.
- Drive consistency of metrics across markets.
Skills Required
- 5+ years of marketing analytics or busines intelligence within commercial or enterprise markets
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and practices across communication channels (e.g., web, email, search, etc.)
- Strong proficiency with Adobe SiteCatalyst, Salesforce.com, data access via SQL, statistical analysis, and Excel
- Proven success clearly presenting complex analysis to stakeholders adn senior-level executives
- Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment
Skills Preferred
- SaaS experience
Timing: 12 months, 40 hours/week
Start: ASAP
Location: San Francisco, CA or San Jose, CA, onsite
