The Sage Group is looking for a Marketing Director to work for an educational company operating summer camp programs in the East Bay. This consultant will be leading strategy for brand positioning and messaging to drive enrollment and awareness.
Responsibilities Include
- Develop annual Marketing Strategic Plan to attract and enroll thousands of campers to dozens of Bay Area summer camp locations.
- Develop and manage marketing budget.
- Lead continuous analysis of all marketing results and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop strategy and implementation of all marketing campaigns & tactics (including direct mail, email, social media, print, SEO/SEM, and partnerships) to support the annual campaign.
- Oversee management of contracted vendors including graphic designers, SEO, PR, affinity relationships and more.
- Manage development of messaging and design of brochures, websites, fliers, emails, postcards, editorial copy, etc.
Skills Required
- 8+ years of marketing experience with 2 years in a director level position
- Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies and analyze ROI
- Experience developing marketing collateral
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be highly flexible and able to deliver on time despite changing requirements and strategies
- Strong staff management experience with direct reports and cross-functional teams
- Digital marketing subject matter expertise across a variety of online marketing disciplines
Skills Preferred
- Knowledge of educational/consumer experience space
