CPT is an advanced motor drive electronics technology start-up with patented technologies and products. CPT's technologies reduce motor-drive electronics product cost by 50%. We are looking for a VP/Director level product marketing and business development candidate who is interested in joining the seasoned senior management team of a start-up ready to start the funding process. Opportunity for founder's stocks.
Job Description:
· Define product, marketing and goto market strategy.
· Develop and manage OEM customer relationship for product definition feedback and beta testing.
· Define pricing strategy, and product launch plan.
· Develop initial sales channels and support.
· Develop and manage marketing budget.
· Build marketing and support team.
· Manage development of corporate collaterals.
Requirements are:
· Minimum 10 years experience in product marketing and business development for components and/or subsystem products with minimum 5 years in power electronics space.
· Must have in-depth understanding of the home appliances market and have existing relationship with home appliances and motor OEMs in US and Asia.
· Experienced in and enjoy working in start-up environment.
· BSEE minimum. MSEE or MBA a plus.
