Overview
The Channel & Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, executing and measuring strategies and tactics designed to generate demand, and support sales growth goals across Atlona's global business units and market areas in the residential and commercial audio/video markets. This highly-engaged sales-focused role will drive impactful, high quality execution of all elements of the demand generation mix including MDF and co-op programs, sales promotions, customer communications, strategic partnerships and alliances as well as promotion of service, support, training and customer loyalty programs. As a key member of the Marketing team, this position reports to the Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
•Develop, manage and execute global channel sales and marketing programs, promotions and related strategies in partnership with Sales teams targeting distributors, dealers, reps, key accounts.
•Manage MDF program and budgets, promotions and sales/marketing opportunities with Atlona key customers and partners.
•Collaborate with Sales to identify and drive marketing opportunities focused on growing sales and generating new business leads.
•Manage Atlona Partner Portal website, ensuring content, communications and tools are developed and aligned with customer and partner needs.
•Partner with Sales and Product Management to define messaging and content that translates into sales tools, including web content, sales literature, presentations, videos, email, tradeshows and partner co-marketing activities.
•Partner with Sales to establish objectives and tools to measure ROI on MDF, partner marketing, sales promotions and product launches.
•Drive and execute all email campaigns to drive sales, demand and lead generation.
•Define, develop and execute Atlona Advantage partner programs and related marketing campaigns and sales tools.
•Manage marketing execution for industry tradeshows, partner events, trainings, webinars in conjunction with the Marketing Specialist.
•Budget management and expense forecasting.
•Approx. 20% travel, primarily to customer/partner engagement opportunities, tradeshows and related events, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
•BS/BA or equivalent 5+ years channel marketing and partner management experience in residential and commercial audio/video sales channels.
•Solid experience managing and deploying sales and marketing promotions, training programs, incentives campaigns, loyalty programs and product launches
•Strong familiarity with marketing automation, lead-generation, surveying, email and CRM tools and systems – Netsuite, SalesForce, Pardot, SurveyMonkey or similar
•Manage, and develop content for sales literature, presentations, partner advertising, and similar deliverables
•Excellent copywriting and messaging development capabilities
•Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams inclusive of marketing, sales, product management and external customers and partners
•Strong project and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communications
•Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
•Strong team collaboration and partnering skills experience
•Global/international marketing programs experience, ideal
