Overview
The Marketing Communications Manager drives development and execution of marketing communications to further sales objectives and increase mindshare and awareness across Atlona's global business in the professional (CEDIA) and commercial (Infocomm) audio/video markets. The role has a wide range of intra- and inter-departmental responsibilities communicating strategic messages and value of Atlona products, services and solutions.

For external communication, the marketing communications manager translates strategies into actionable integrated communications and manages all aspects of implementation, including collateral content, web presence, advertising and customer and channel partner marketing programs. An ability to understand marketing metrics and develop and execute a plan for meeting them is essential for success in this position.

Internally, the marketing communications manager will direct and/or work collaboratively with individuals from public relations, demand generation, product management, product marketing, channel marketing, sales and support. He/she must possess the skills to collect, consolidate, and filter content from these sources and turn this content into sales tools for our direct sales team and global channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
•Leverage knowledge and expertise in professional (CEDIA) and commercial (Infocomm) AV connectivity products, technologies and markets to drive and execute all aspects of integrated marketing communications.
•Partner with Sales, Product Management, Tech Support and Customer Service to create and execute effective content, messaging and sales tools: websites, catalogs, datasheets, email, case studies, white papers, industry tradeshows, partner events and marketing, PR, social media, advertising.
•Drive communications, focusing on new product launch, sales programs and promotions, field and partner communications, events, partner co-marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
•Work with Sales and Product Management teams to develop and execute marketing programs and projects focused on generating sales opportunities and new business leads.
•Drive updates and maintenance of Atlona corporate and partner portal websites, ensuring key content and campaigns are aligned with customer and partner needs.
•Manage planning and execution of domestic and international tradeshows, partner events, trainings, and webinars.
•Source, manage and coordinate contract/freelance marketing resources and internal direct reporting staff, as structure requires.
•Budgeting and expense forecasting and management
•Approx 15% travel, primarily to support customer/partner engagements, tradeshows and events, as needed

Qualifications
•7-10 years marketing management experience in professional and commercial audio/video industries and sales channels.
•Bachelor's degree in marketing or related, equivalent field of study or equivalent years' experience
•Excellent writing, content development and project management capabilities.
•Solid experience managing and executing integrated marketing communications plans and projects.
•Strong familiarity with marketing automation, lead-generation, surveying, CRM tools and web content systems – Netsuite, SalesForce, Pardot, ClickTools, and similar.
•Experience driving collaboration in teams inclusive of marketing, sales, product management, customer service, tech support and external customers and partners
•Strong project and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communications
•Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and priorities
•Global/international marketing programs experience ideal
