[KITlist] Acquisition Integration Project Manager (San Jose, CA)

Seeking a project manager to manage the end-to-end activities for a recently announced acquisition. The PM is responsible for overall project set up and execution of the project deliverables. The project manager will work closely with the services team across four phases of this engagement – initiating, planning, executing/controlling, and closing to deliver outstanding integration project leadership that produces, but is not limited to, the following deliverables:

• Self starter, ability to ramp up with minimal guidance

• 10+ years of project/program management

• Acquisition integration background a plus

• PMP Certified

• Proactive problem solving – ability to connect the dots and ask the right questions to drive issues to closure

• Active cross functional stakeholder engagement to ensure all parties understand relevant impacts

• Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of project plans to ensure status is up to date and functional leads are held accountable for their work product

• Proactively identifying and managing risks, issues and actions, driving to timely closure

• Providing progress reports and metrics dashboard for executive level transparency

• Manage change control process to ensure project plan is aligned with portfolio expectations
