Project Coordinator/Jr Business Analyst needed for a long term direct client project. Client is Fortune 500, stable and growing.
** Local candidates with Local Experience preferred due to in person interviewing. (Local = San Francisco Bay Area) **
Description:
Junior position for a Project Coordinator / Business Analyst to assist with running a strategic content marketing initiative for a large enterprise organization.
Responsibilities and Deliverable:
-Correct metadata spreadsheets for bulk uploads of content
-Project Documentation, including Meeting Notes, Action Item tracking, Issue Tracking, Status Updates
-Feedback monitoring documentation
-Project Stakeholder Community management / updates
-Business Acceptance Testing Coordination
-Define and document business requirements
-Coordinate UAT resource and execution
Required Skills:
-8 years total experience as a Project Coordinator/Business Analyst
-Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
-Detailed Oriented
-Team Player and Multi Tasker
