Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a Marketing Manager, Regional Programs to own the development and integration of our clients' Services marketing plans and initiatives. This role will drive the production of Services positioning in both new and existing programs along with supporting any product go-to-market campaigns to drive services revenue. The Manager will assist in the creation of components of campaigns as well as measure and report against campaign results.

Responsibilities:

Drive all aspects of managing services messaging and demand generation projects, including planning, design, development, content management, functionality, metrics and measurement

Participate in and support Services and Advanced Services messaging and demand generation strategy with other groups across the company

Identify the need for and lead discussions to gather scope of programs from program managers and internal teams to drive Services inclusion in these programs

Measure and communicate program success and impact

Monitors program performance and takes corrective action as necessary to achieve program deliverables

Work with the Sales and Channel teams to assist in the development of sales programs, value propositions and incentives as they relate to the current specified programs

Responsible for the successful implementation and execution of the Services social media strategy, social selling engagement with the Client Services Managers and community development via proprietary/internal tools and LinkedIn

Ability to develop marketing communications materials, such as email newsletters, sales one pagers including using logos, images, graphics

Manage changes to the program scope, schedule and costs in order to keep the program on track

Effectively communicate program status to all key stakeholders and team members

Ability to pull data and analyze data to drive decision making

Ability to manipulate Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, concatenate and VLOOKUP)

Skills:

3-5 years of successful management and solution delivery of cross-functional marketing/communications programs and projects and programs, for at least one enterprise technology company. Services experience a strong plus

Solid demand generation campaigns experience

Solid social media experience

Strong project management and delivery process/methodology and project management tool experience (e.g. Microsoft Project, Excel)

Highly competent in product delivery life cycles and methods to optimize the life cycle for project needs via use of best practices

Ability to work cross-functionally in a complex, matrixed environment including resellers

Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Capable of working independently

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Exceptional multi-tasking ability

Undergraduate degree required

RATE:

D.O.E., as w2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)

Full time consulting during standard business hours, ASAP - ongoing
