Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Graphic Designer for a full time, ongoing consultant assignment for one of our technology clients in Santa Clara, CA. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing, updating and revising both online and print pieces while following established corporate brand, identity, design and messaging standards and guidelines. Work may require collaborating with external vendors, internal marketing and the IT department.

Responsibilities:

Design printed materials (brochures, postcards, trade show signage, fact sheets, posters, flyers, sales tools, signs, special promotions, banners, advertisements, etc.) within established design templates and guidelines. Translate winning copy into visuals that drive response and engagement.

Work closely with internal teams to implement designs according to established creative standards and consistent with the art direction of the corporate web site

Utilizing a good design eye, design and produce print collateral, event signage, posters and web content that is within brand guidelines. This includes managing and maintaining content and graphics and executing marketing design for internal and external projects.

Provide graphic support for the development of digital (web and electronic) marketing materials. This includes delivering design and programming of HTML emails.

Develop high quality presentation graphics and provide design support for PowerPoint presentations as needed by Marketing and executives. This includes creating and designing elements for revenue generating campaigns and client loyalty programs.

Contribute to the development and standardization of design and style elements that reinforce the company's image by maintaining and organizing brand assets and style guides as well as corporate, sales and consumer collateral and electronic tools.

Provide in-house design for print and online utilizing existing thematic elements and applying established corporate branding specifications to ensure work meets corporate guidelines.

Be the relentless champion of the brand and brand guidelines

Skills:

5 years specialized experience in graphic design, including experience designing and developing internet/intranet web sites

At least 3-5 years' experience converting web designs to table HTML/CSS markup

Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent tools)

Experience designing sites in vector graphics software

Experience with graphic design for print

Experience with company branding, identities, and UX a big plus

Additional web development skills a plus but not required

Bachelors' degree in graphic design, visual communication, visual arts or related field

Pay:

D.O.E., as w2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)

Location:

Onsite at client's headquarters in Santa Clara, CA. No phone calls, please; Local SF Bay Area candidates only.

Hours/Duration:

FT, ongoing consulting assignment. May 24, 2016 – ongoing
