We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for start up with a SaaS solution for Sales team performance. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for establishing go to market strategy, creating solution messaging, and developing a wide variety of marketing materials to build awareness and support demand generation efforts.
This is a 40 hours per week; 6 month contract role to perm role in San Jose, CA. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
• Positioning Messaging: Develop and drive the product marketing plans and create materials.
• Sales enablement: Collaborate, train and enable sales with customer presentations, product training, competitive counter-tactic, and seminars, etc.
• Marketing Assets Materials: Work with the design team to develop creative assets to support product launches (i.e. website materials, packaging, product videos, and other product marketing assets)
• Market Analysis Competitive Insights: Become the expert on competitive products, trends, and technologies and share insights with the rest of the team. Identify and research opportunities in markets where there are unmet needs to fuel future growth
• Go-to-Market Strategy Launch Coordination: Drive timelines for product launches cross-functionally and develop marketing programs to drive demand
Requirements:
• 4+ years experience as a Product Marketing Manager, for SaaS solutions
• Experience marketing solutions to sales and marketing teams and leaders
• Experience in start up or midsized companies
• Strong writing and content creation skills
• Demonstrated track record of success across wide spectrum of marketing activities and driving marketing for a product launch
• Demonstrated success launching new products through cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• BS/BA degree.
