Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a full time/salaried Solutions Marketing Manager for one of our clients in Santa Clara, CA. As a Solutions Marketing Manager, you are part of the team that builds campaigns that connect customers with our clients' solutions. The Solutions Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and driving marketing campaigns and collateral. The Manager will also own and maintain technology solutions partner program lab that supports Sales and Marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate has solid midlevel B2B enterprise Solutions Marketing/ Product Management/Product Marketing Management experience and very strong content development capabilities (ideally including published works in technology/trade publications.) Looking for someone with a "get it done" mentality, who is nimble, fun loving and who appreciates the fast paced dynamics of a midsized company operating with the culture of a startup. Must be able to provide 3-5 recent writing samples in order to be considered for the role.

Responsibilities:

Identify market trends tied to company solutions and build campaigns to address market needs

Own and execute marketing campaigns that highlight company solutions in test, security and network visibility

Create technically compelling marketing content such as white papers, blogs, byline articles, webinars, and videos

Present company solutions at networking and security industry events

Create smart, technically savvy campaign content to increase prospect and customer engagement

Interface with multiple company functions including Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.

Participate and represent the organization at international events including conferences, trade shows and webinars

Manage the company's technology solutions partner marketing lab, including network, server and storage hardware and software

Skills:

5 years combined midlevel Solutions Marketing/Product Management/Product Marketing Management experience. Must include enterprise technology experience (software strongly preferred.)

Must be technically savvy and have a working knowledge of networking and security technologies / protocols

Must have marketing technology expertise in one or more of the following: Security, data center, cloud, server virtualization, SaaS, networking, storage or servers, network management/monitoring applications

Proven leadership driving marketing campaigns, including creating marketing collateral across written, graphic, and video platforms

Exceptionally strong content development/writing, editing and presentation skills. Must have the ability to translate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and communicate with all levels of an organization.

Strong verbal, written and communications skills. Must exhibit ease in presenting technical presentations to live audiences.

A strong desire and the ability to learn the company's technology and target audience needs

Must be able to quickly adapt to a quickly changing market initiatives and Field Sales requirements

Ability to work independently and a strong team-player in a fast-paced environment

Independent thinker who is able to understand the company goals and managing priorities and trade-offs across functional areas

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience

Salary:

Full time/salaried employee of client. Competitive total compensation package D.O.E., w2, including annual bonus and comprehensive benefits

Location:

This position is fully onsite at clients' office in Santa Clara, CA. No phone calls, please.
