Initiating, planning, executing/controlling, and closing to deliver outstanding integration project leadership that produces, but is not limited to, the following deliverables:
• Robust project plan
• Utilization of project management templates to ensure structured project management
• Gap analysis and risk assessment documentation
Project management of cross-functional teams ensuring successful integration of the acquired company into our client's mainstream processes – this execution/control activity will include:
• Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of workstream plan and ensuring the workstream section of the project collaboration site is kept up to date / reflects the reality of work in progress
• Proactively controlling the functional tracks schedule and managing discrepancies, reporting potential slippages, analyzing impacts, and devising solutions
• Preparing change control submissions if plan changes are required ensuring that the project management practices in the functional tracks conform with the overall project governance structure and practices
• Proactively identifying and managing stakeholder risks, issues and actions, driving to timely completion
• Weekly dashboard to capture the overall tasks, risks, issues, and milestones
• Key requirement is to collaborate with cross functional tracks to ensure timely resolution of plan, dependency, risk and issue discrepancies
• Defining and reporting of critical metrics throughout multiple tracks to continually drive improvements and provide status/visibility
• Conduct post-mortem and collect lessons learned and ideas for continuous improvement as the project proceeds
