HRIS Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX
This position provides guidance and coordination of the company Systems/HRIS and the HR & Payroll software/applications. The HRIS Analyst is accountable for the analysis, development, implementation, and maintenance of Human Resources Information Systems, including system administration, application, and end user support for assigned systems. Will also develop assigned reports, dashboards and metrics utilizing company HR systems and data bases and analyze data to support data driven decision making, as well as effective management of HR and business operations and process improvement.
Understand HR systems, processes and databases to establish short, and long, range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Work collaboratively with IT to troubleshoot research and escalate issues as necessary, proactively keeping end-users aware of status and taking responsibility for ensuring that outstanding issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Responsible for managing various systems - HRPyramid, Informer ReportWriter, SaaS, SharePoint, Quote Engine, Landslide, Document Locator, OpenNotus, SuccessFactors, etc.
Develop, implement and maintain human resources information systems and related policies and procedures designed to obtain, record and process employee and client information.
Responsible for quality control on HRP set-ups for new client and payroll, as well as workflow processes etc.
Ensures accurate, timely and successful installation and conversion of company product solutions through entire new client on-boarding cycle.
Oversee the collection and input of data into HRP and audit data files to ensure integrity, accuracy, and that the initial data load is in compliance.
Design, document, implement and monitor ad hoc and ongoing reports in HR systems that accurately reflect internal customer requirements and capture data that can be analyzed to manage business operations.
Respond to and diagnose system issues through discussions with internal and external users such as problem identification, research, isolation and resolution steps.
Develops, maintains and revises all manuals, tables, code lists, and documentation. Maintain all internal files and tables.
Ability to train personnel on all HRIS systems
Facilitate or coordinate on-site or web training for company personnel and clients to ensure that they receive appropriate systems and/or program training classes, i.e. Client/Employee Web Portal, T&A, SaaS HR, Informer Report Writer, etc.
Create and maintain system security levels for HRIS system as well as oversee and maintain internal H.R. network/documentation security.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred; 8 plus years' experience will be accepted in lieu of degree
5+ years directly related experience with HRPyramid
Ability to simultaneously manage priorities and complete several projects
Proficient with all Microsoft Office Products
HR Pyramid, SaaS, Informer ReportWriter, SharePoint, Quote Engine, Landslide, Document Locator, OpenNotus, SuccessFactors, TimeClock Plus etc.
Strong knowledge of all HRPyramid modules - conduct group and individual training.
Must possess an understanding of user interface display and how it relates to back end data structures and business processes
Excellent communication and customer service skills to resolve outstanding end-user issues quickly and accurately and develop reports that exceed customer requirements
Ability to effectively communicate technical subjects to cross functional audiences with varying degrees of technical aptitude
