Position
Clear Task is seeking a part time (20+ hours a week) highly creative, results oriented and experienced marketer to further establish Clear Task as a leading salesforce.com systems integrator and continue to attract top customers and employees to continue to grow our business. As a part time Director/ Vice President, Marketing you will be responsible for customer marketing, online presenece including blogs, social media strategy and execution, web marketing, events and the ongoing evolution of the Clear Task brand in the marketplace.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for the right individual. You will work with our executive team, with salesforce.com, FORTUNE 500 and pre-IPO customers, get exposure to technology market makers, and be front and center in the dialogue around what's hot and what's not in the world of cloud computing.

Location and Hours
• 20+ hours a week
• Must work in our San Franciso, California, office one to two days a week
• Can work remotely for remaining days/hours.

Overview of Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategy and plans. Be the marketing business driver that defines, prioritizes and executes against Clear Task's most strategic business and market opportunities
• Drive marketing efforts to bolster our brand and bring Clear Task front and center in the salesforce.com partner community
• Own all aspects of customer marketing, social media marketing including the writing of 5-8 customer case studies a month and strategy and editing of 6-8 blogs a month
• Build marketing programs around employee retention and recruiting
• Various duties include updating and maintaining website, owning Twitter and Facebook presence, managing events, company awards and local events, and optimize SEM and SEO.
Requirements
• Most importantly, a strategic thinker who is also willing to roll up their sleeves and execute!
• 5-10+ years of proven success as a marketing executive who is proactive, resourceful and self‐directed
• Successful track record of building a branded, high‐profile company position in a fast growing market
• Ability to engage, partner and collaborate with executives and customers
• Broadly conversant with technology and current technology trends including Cloud Computing, Social Media and Collaboration
• Must be a motivated team player who has established a proven track record of hands on execution of successful marketing programs
• Strong functional skills and experience in customer marketing and social media, blogs

Compensation
Highly competitive with Bay Area technology industry rates for senior marketing positions.
