Communications & Change management consultant at a leading Silicon Valley networking firm.

Rate: $55 - $60 on Corp to Corp; adjusted rate on W2.
Start: Immediate interviews and start asap; potentially long term contract.
Client: Role is at large Networking firm based in Bay Area, CA
Skills / Experience
• 5 + years of experience with relevant skills in Communications role with understanding and experience in Rrg. Change Management
• Experience of having worked with a project team set up : working closely with team and cross functional teams to support various projects through implementation lifecycle
• Assist the teams with Stakeholder/ Audience analysis, impact analysis, adoption, training and communications
• Hi-tech Industry experience with Finance background is a required / highly desired
• Experience of working in any Oracle applications projects in finance area is a distinct plus.
• Must have the necessary soft skills and be able to establish and maintain coordinal working relationship with the hiring manager and team members
Experience:
• Familiarity & proven experience on executing industry best practices for Communications, Change Management concepts/ methodologies
• Basic project management skills
• Experience at working with leadership and project teams to support client communications, facilitation and presentation: Deliver high impact, effective communications material and guiding client leadership and project team members through a professional Change Management approach
• Ability to design and generate necessary supporting metrics
• Experience in setting strategy for Training and Communications program; partnering with Training teams trough complete life cycle of needs assessment through delivery and measurement.
• Excellent written and oral communications and facilitation skills; must have outstanding presentation development and delivery skills, with ability to inform, influence and impact at senior leadership levels.
• Readiness to adapt and commitment to do what it takes to satisfy demanding clients; ability to work independently
• Ability to influence while working collaboratively with cross functional teams; create comprehensive project plans
