Job Description:

Intacct is looking for a corporate communications manager to support its public relations, social media, and customer reference activities. One of the key aspects of this role will focus on executing Intacct�s social media strategy, including increasing brand awareness, generating inbound web traffic, and encouraging product adoption. The corporate communications manager will also assist with a variety of PR activities, including developing customer references for marketing, drafting customer press releases and case studies, managing an awards/speaking program, and working with the company�s PR agency on media outreach. This role reports to the Director of Corporate Communications.

Job Responsibilities:

� Manage Intacct�s presence on social networking sites including Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other similar community sites, as well as posting and commenting on relevant blogs
� Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial content, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.
� Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
� Manage Intacct�s customer reference program, including outreach to customers
� Assist with public relations activities including drafting press releases and case studies, overseeing the awards program, and assisting with media outreach

Job Requirements:

� Bachelors degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience
� In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants, as well as how they can be leveraged in different scenarios
� Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
� The ability to prioritize and work on a number of projects at once will be essential
