Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Services Incentive Program Manager Consultant for our technology client. The consultant is responsible for creating and managing our client�s quarterly sales incentive program and for internal and executive communications that communicate incentive program parameters. This role requires the ability to analyze the program�s quarterly results and communicate findings with key stakeholders and management. The right consultant is analytical, possesses superior attention to detail and has demonstrated experience of sales incentive programs.
This role is 100% offsite/remote/WFH. Must be set up to work remotely.
Specific Responsibilities:
Assist in designing quarterly incentive opportunities for client�s Services Sales segments
Update program materials (web pages, overview decks, sales leader quarterly packages) and standardize program process
Work with Finance and segment Controllers to set up and track attainment throughout program lifecycle
Communicate program status with participants, key stakeholders and upper management
Analyze and document incentive program results/efforts by quarter and provide financial accrual estimates
Collaborate with Finance and segment Controllers to determine results and winners
Skills:
4-6 years of program/project management experience in a B2B enterprise environment. Must have experience executing and/or analyzing sales incentives/spiff programs
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on reporting skills to be able to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Superior communication skills with the ability to document, analyze, standardize program process and communicate program results
Effective time management and organizational skills; self-directed
Strong computer skills, with some knowledge of business intelligence and reporting software
Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint experience required, some knowledge of HTML and WebEx a plus
BA in Marketing, Communications or similar required
RATE: D.O.E; as W-2 employee of Crawford Group; benefits available
LOCATION: 100% offsite/remote/WFH. No phone calls.
HOURS/DURATION: FT; February 24, 2014 to February 27, 2015
