Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time Inside Sales Specialist Consultant to work onsite at our clients� key partner offices in Herndon, Chantilly or Reston VA.
The Inside Sales Specialist�s primary responsibility is to maximize our clients� services made through their distributor/partners�. The strategic approach of the role is to help the partner grow it���s services business.
The Inside Sales Specialist engages with the partner���s sales organization to raise visibility of direct sales opportunities, gains executive sponsorship, provides progress reports to the partner���s sales management, and builds collaboration between the partner���s sales team with services sellers. The ideal consultant is a go-getter, positive attitude; sales driven Specialist who is proactive, efficient and a self-starter. The position is located onsite at the partner���s offices.
Responsibilities:
Work with local partner and client�s sales teams to identify sales opportunities, and follow up with both sales teams to drive services sales
Identify sales� attach rate trends by Region, Area and local teams
Drive acceleration of key sales initiatives
Identify hurdles to attach services at point of sale and work with partner and client to determine solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with sales directors and other key sales managers
Provide weekly opportunity reports to partner and client sales teams
Provide monthly and quarterly management reports to partner and client sales managers
Maintain in depth knowledge of relevant rebates, promotions and announcements; present to/train team as needed
Skills:
Must have 2+ years of sales or sales support experience in a B2B enterprise environment (pharmaceutical, finance/financial services, healthcare industries a plus, technology industry preferred but not required)
Requires the ability to multi-task, be organized and detail-oriented
Must have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Good problem solving and decision-making skills
Must be able to work independently and in teams, with the ability to interact with a wide range of personalities/work styles
Solid proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to develop and deliver sales presentations
BA/BS in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
Some travel required
Rate: $1200-$1400 Pr/Wk DOE as a W-2 employee of Crawford Group
Location: Onsite at distributor/partner Company�s offices in Herndon, Chantilly and Reston VA. No phone calls, please.
