Technical Writer, SaaS Solution (San Jose, CA)
We are looking for a Technical Writer for a contract role at a large high tech company that is creating SaaS based networking monitoring solutions. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating all technical documentation, including user guides, installation manuals, etc. Prior experience with SaaS/web hosted solutions required.
This is a 3 to 6 month project, 40 hours per week, onsite at the client���s offices in San Jose, CA.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions� employee.
Responsibilities:
� Create all technical documents including installation, configuration, user and troubleshooting guides, release notes, etc.
� Work with internal teams to develop and deliver technical publications.
� Understand the product by installing prototypes and attending customer demos.
Requirements:
� 5+ years of technical writing experience for SaaS/Web hosted solutions, and/or networking management products.
� Proven ability to create user guides, administration manuals, help documentation, etc.
� Strong ability to interface with engineers and product management teams.
� Strong technical aptitude to learn new solutions and technologies.
