The Sage Group is seeking a Senior Program/Launch Manager for one of their Peninsula clients, the global leader in virtualization software.
The Launch Management group sits within Operations and New Product Introduction and works in tandem with Product Management and Product Marketing to create, develop, implement and manage the processes and go-to-market tools for global product launches.
The ideal candidate will have extensive program management experience with enterprise product launches and will have lead cross-functional agendas and global teams.
Requirements Include:
Work with Product Marketing to develop and communicate comprehensive go-to-market launch plans for new and updated products.
Ensure that all go-to-market goals and critical marketing milestones are achieved.
Prepare launch documentation and communicate overall product and launch status to drive analysis and decisions.
Develop best practices for managing global launches and leverage analytics to measure the effectiveness of each new launch.
Design best practices across strategy, process, and policies to improve new product introduction.
Drive business and product readiness.
Skills Required:
Minimum of 10+ years marketing/program management experience.
Successful at implementing, managing, releasing and measuring effective launch processes and operational procedures.
Adapts well to continuously changing priorities and opportunities.
Excellent project management skills and proven success managing product releases and end to end product lifecycle management.
Excels in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor���s degree.
Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred.
Global marketing experience preferred.
