We currently have a very exciting contract opportunity available for a Contract Technical Recruiter, Menlo Park, CA. This position will start as a 6 month contract with the potential to extend.
Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support a rapidly growing Growth & Product organizations. The web is shifting from a vast encyclopedia of information to a social environment that reflects our real identities and the relationships and information we care about. Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting process for the Engineering organization ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues.
- Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates.
- Own research, create target lists and source candidates.
- Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
- Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
- Work with Human Resources team to on-board new hires.
- Act as an internally and externally-facing representative
Requirements
- 3-6 years technical recruiting for a search firm or in-house recruiting team
- Patient, communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
- Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
- Interest in contributing to our clients mission and goals
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Broad knowledge of programming languages, web technologies, software development process and emerging technologies
- Experience sourcing SW Engineering, Operations and IT engineers a plus
