We are currently seeking an experienced recruiter who specializes in Technical positions to work directly for our Bartech corporate office.

Required Skills
Knowledge of:
IT Recruiting and Staffing industry (Engineering Recruiting a plus)
Applicant Tracking Systems and Vendor Management Systems (i.e. Beeline, Peopleclick, Job Diva, Fieldglass)
Microsoft Office
Ability to:
Communicate extremely well, both verbally and in writing
Manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment
Understand and communicate technical information
Negotiate
Required Experience:
2-3+ years agency specific recruiting experience
At least 1 year of IT specific recruiting experience
Required Education:
Associates degree, High School Diploma or equivalent
