May perform one or more of the following: Manages the operation of the organization's total quality management (TQM) program.

Oversees the development of systematic approaches for assuring high quality services that meet customer needs.

Coordinates program communications to employees.

Develops training and related reward systems.

Develops, implements, and leads key process improvement efforts and influences cross-functional efforts.

Develops systematic approaches for assuring high quality services.

Identifies the interface of key activities within and between the functions of the organization.

All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

· Lead QA team both onshore and offshore for multiple business units in the day to day testing activities to include methodologies, techniques and procedures.
· Work with business and technology leads to determine acceptable range for test results and performance.
· Design, develop and implement test plans, scripts, and tools using detailed business requirement documents provided by the business analyst.
· Work with business and technology leads to identify the appropriate data for testing and prepare data for the test cases.

Desired Skills:

· Minimum of 5 years Testing Experience
· SQL
· Query Writing
· Knowledge of SDLC
· .NET
· XML

Preferred Skills:

· Pharmacy Industry Experience
· Call Center Applications testing Experience
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
