Rocket Lawyer is the fastest growing online legal services company, based in San Francisco. We are building a world class team that is creating an affordable and simple way for consumers and small businesses to deal with any legal matter -- from free and affordable documents to attorney consultations for any legal situation.
We are looking for a top-notch analyst to help drive our marketing and product strategy as we revolutionize the way legal services are delivered online.
In this role, you´ll be sifting through sales/traffic trends, conversion drivers, and engagement metrics to pinpoint what exactly drives our business. When you´re not diving deep into the data of our site, you´ll work with the product team to prioritize product initiatives based on their expected impact.
Job Responsibilities:
Optimize the front-end experience by creating and monitoring A-B tests to increase conversion rate and user engagement
Work on cross functional projects to improve the site experience and drive top line revenue
Manage third party vendor relationships to bring profitable traffic to our site
Qualifications:
1-2 years of web analytics experience (preferably in consumer based ecommerce)
Creative and inquisitive problem solver with a knack for formulating hypotheses and designing tests to analyze and validate them
Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
Mental athlete with an intense drive to learn and grow
Good working knowledge of Excel
A+ interpersonal skills and a love of working in a collaborative, team environment
Bachelor´s degree in a quantitative discipline
