Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time Demand Generation Specialist to set up and execute demand generation campaigns using the Adobe Test&Target application. The Demand Gen Specialist will manage offers that are placed on the external corporate web site and incorporate the offers into campaigns that will display on second and third tier web pages. The Specialist is responsible for managing the testing and optimization methodology of campaigns. The consultant will also deliver ongoing metrics reports to drive global and regional assessments of campaign effectiveness.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Implement testing practices across demand creation campaigns, including messages and offers placed in mBoxes and customization of landing pages
* Identify and coordinate test messages and offers as part of global demand generation plans supporting key stakeholder needs; this includes performance evaluation criteria, success metrics, regular communications and ongoing analysis of the plan to key stakeholders
* Coordinate with central and regional Demand Creation planners to incorporate test and target elements as part of a global campaign
* Define and execute objectives, provide ongoing evaluations to central and regional demand generation teams
* Develop recommendations to improve marketing funnel conversion rates
* Track the performance of test and target efforts and clearly communicate the results to senior staff
Skills:
* 2+ years of experience in online marketing, demand generation, user experience, and/or user interface design. Experience creating and executing campaigns in Adobe Test&Target, (formerly Omniture) SiteCatalyst, Visual Science and 1:1 experience a strong plus
* Understanding of the multi-channel approach that includes both direct sales and channel partner sales
* Strong technical skills with prior experience executing marketing campaigns
* Solid understanding of online marketing and web analytics
* Familiarity with automated tools to track, measure and report on test and analyze initiatives
* Advanced JavaScript, CSS and XHTML
* Must be comfortable with cross-browser DOM manipulation
* Solid understanding of server-side programming languages, database management and APIs
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and data manipulation in Excel
* Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
* Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written
* Ability to train others and communicate best practices
* A proactive problem solver who can figure out the best course of action with 70% of the information
* Bachelors' degree required
