ROLE: PEOPLESOFT ELM FUNCTIONAL ANALYST
LOCATION: OKLAHOMA CITY, OK
DURATION: 5+ MONTHS (LIKELY EXTENSION)
SKILLS REQUIRED
· Minimum Years of Experience - 5 – 7 years of hands on experience on PeopleSoft
· Should have good hands on experience in ELM configurations setup
· Prefer candidate to be 75 - 80% Functional and 20 -25% technical
REQUIRED SKILL AREAS IN ELM:
· Environment Configuration
· Learning catalogue
· Lerner Group Setup
· Managing Notifications
· Defining learning Categories
· Managing Learning Activities
PROJECT ROLE:
· Coordinate with Client to assist with the resolution of application incidents (break-fix), including escalation and coordination with other Client vendors such as Oracle
· Coordinate with Client to perform analysis that addresses services requests (user “how-to”)
· Assist Client with: application analysis, develop functional and technical specifications, perform configuration / set ups, and unit testing activities to address incidents (break-fix) or deliver enhancements as prioritized by Client.
CONSULTANTS WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES AS DIRECTED BY CLIENT
· Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 application management services as defined above
· Execute assigned tasks for PeopleSoft enhancements
· Plan and execute cross-training
· Perform bi-weekly status meetings
· Identify opportunities for improvement
