JOB SUMMARY:
Under moderate supervision, responsible for performing all administrative duties at the branch level with a strong emphasis on data collection, processing and entry into various databases and systems. Provides accounting and HR support as needed and backup to other administrative roles in the branch.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collection, processing, and entry of timesheet hours into spreadsheet and Quickbooks databases
• Entry of New Hire and change data into spreadsheet database.
• Create consultant hour reports and file timesheets.
• Entry and reconciliation of month-end hours into spreadsheet database.
• Enter new hire data and consultant changes in Consultant Activity Form (CAF) database.
• Assist in maintaining Run Rate spreadsheet reports
• Assist with new hire on-boarding tasks as needed.
• Backup coverage to PO Processor role.
• Assist in covering front desk/receptionist as needed – greet visitors, answer phones, and direct calls and visitors to the appropriate department or individual.
• Performs other ad hoc administrative, accounting and HR related tasks as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent plus at least four years experience in a back-office position, processing timesheets, billing, and data entry. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Previous data entry and Quickbooks experience desirable but not required.
