Role: Siebel QA resource with call center

Description:
· 5+ years of experience as a quality assurance engineer. Siebel testing experience minimum 3+ years
· Previous experience testing Siebel Call Center, CTI integration
· Develop testing plans for functional and systems integration testing
· Document test scenarios, and test scripts.
· Perform functional, systems integration, and data conversion testing tasks
· Capture and report testing results. Create reproducible and well documented defect reports
· Provide testing progress status reports
· Working knowledge of Oracle Knowledge (Inquira) and OBIEE desired.
