The Sage Group is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to work for a large business and financial management software company located in the Peninsula area. This individual will be responsible for managing and driving an upcoming mobile and web launch strategy for a key product lines.
CONTR: Sr. Marketing Manager - 5590
Responsibilities Include
- Managing the go-to market launch plan in partnership with marketing, product and sales teams.
​- Develop expertise in customer insight to uncover attitudes & behaviors towards personal financial products for consumer and personal business owners.
​- Review key performance indicators and provide recommendations to optimize program.
​- Partner with marketing and sales teams to understand how to help financial institutions reach their goals through their product offering.
​- Translate learning into persuasive messaging and claims, great shop-buy experience, and marketing innovations.
​- Use customer insights and brand positioning to drive compelling creative with design partners that hit on target needs and overcomes identified barriers.
​- Effectively partner with cross-functional and channel teams (channel marketing, product, agencies, design, finance, research), to successfully implement program initiatives.
Skills Required
​- 5+ years of experience in an online marketing manager role (SEM, SEO, affiliates, web conversion optimization, email, social and mobile)
​- Experience successfully launching mobile software products
​- Proven experience developing online acquisitions and usage strategies to drive adoption and on-going engagements – leading to revenue growth
​- Strong project management skills and a track record of managing teams/projects and partnering cross-functionally to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive growth
​- Experience launching products in direct- to-consumer and small business markets
