Title: Partner Portfolio Marketing Manager (Borderless Networks/Switching)
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 mos+ with possibility of extension

Experis is currently seeking for a Partner Portfolio Marketing Manager to take a leadership role in planning, positioning and promoting the partner value proposition for Borderless Networks specifically Switching - to our broad Partner community globally.

Key Services Required:
- Define and create a switching awareness campaign to partners. This air cover will include defining the partner positioning, messaging, target audience, media plan, thought leadership, asset creation, etc.
- Define the partner launch strategy for the launch
- Whitespace Partner Program for Cat 2k and Cat 3850- create a global program that targets whitespace or latent customers impacting lost port revenue.
- Create new partner messaging, webinars, partner to define the appropriate incentive packages, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the review and prioritization of new Borderless Networks programs/offers/solutions on the roadmap with cross-functional team
- Develop Partner value proposition, positioning and messaging for Borderless Networks/Switching solutions
- Create Partner-friendly collateral around key Borderless Networks/Switching solutions, launches, and initiatives; package and promote collateral to ensure it is effectively delivered to Partners
- Manage content on Partner-facing Borderless Networks websites
- Synthesize internal messages from multiple sources and make relevant for Partner audiences

Skills Required:
- Ability to understand business drivers, technology key messages, and partner benefits, and distill them into simple, differentiated and sustainable messages/positioning. Prior examples of outstanding messaging work will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated history of producing high quality collateral that is clearly written and succinct.
- Excellent writing, speaking and presentation skills.
- Strong planning and execution track record. High facility for learning issues and new concepts quickly, identifying compelling themes, and prioritizing messages.
- High-level analytic and problem solving skills demonstrated by ability to handle complexity, identify options for resolution. Ability to use Partner feedback and data to analyze content and recommend corrections and improvements.
- Outstanding team player/collaborator with strong interpersonal skills - proven track record working with virtual and global cross-organizational teams.
- Ability to work well under pressure managing a variety of projects in parallel.
- Excellent diplomacy, influence and negotiation skills. Must be able to lead by influence at and above peer level.
- Strong strategic partner and customer segmentation skills.
- Experience developing communications for channels/partner audiences preferred.

Education:
Typically requires BA/BS degree; MBA preferred
