Our client, a leader in its industry, is hiring a senior human resources generalist for its team located in Gurnee, IL. The incoming generalist will be the lead point of contact for the technical personnel onsite. The incumbent will be responsible for balancing both the internal personnel development and support, as well as external recruiting for technical positions for the client.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who has a background in benefits administration and hr support and wants to take on more responsibility within a strong, reputable organization. Responsibilities include driving a performance management cycle for the technical team, designing and supporting orientation and training curriculum, educating employees on policies and procedures and recruiting and retaining top talent.
Qualified candidates must have:
BS in Human Resources or a related field
In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of applicable experience may be substituted
Knowledge of employment law
Demonstrated technical recruiting experience
Salary requirements ranging between $70K to $85K, dependent upon experience.
