Human Resources Business Partner position for Lockheed Martin in Liverpool, New York (near Syracuse)
Candidate will be the trusted HR advisor to several diverse client organizations. Provide advice and counsel to leaders of various experience levels and be a sounding board, source of expert information and coaching to independent contributors. Conduct inquiries/investigations and apply policy/precedence to recommend outcomes. Lead the rollout and implementation of the Core 4 HR programs. Guide clients through change. Apply influence to enable strategic business outcomes. Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, perform analysis of programs and policies and possess the interpersonal skills necessary to interact with a broad spectrum of employees, management and leadership.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related discipline, plus 6 years of Human Resources experience or equivalent. Ability to effective interface with broad spectrum of employees, management and senior leadership
Proven Interpersonal Skills
Strong Communication Skills
HR Generalist background including performance and talent management, employee relations/generalist, diversity, EO and compensation. Masters Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
Labor Relations experience/knowledge
