Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager consultant with collaboration technology expertise. The consultant will be responsible for leading the strategic integration and execution of marketing communications campaigns and programs to increase customer acquisition and generate awareness, relevance and demand for Cisco's TelePresence solutions. Must be a strong writer, have superb interpersonal and excel at dealing with complexity.

Specific responsibilities include:

* Collaborate to effectively lead programs in partnership with multiple internal teams in a global environment.

* Develop and implement the TelePresence integrated marketing communications strategy and plan, including solution messaging, website content development, video production, collateral production and custom communications to diverse target audiences

* Develop and deliver plan to optimize the user experience, increase marketing effectiveness and enable a customer journey experience to drive customers from acquisition to revenue

* Deliver a plan that will generate leads, new names/optins and customer loyalty

* Collaborate to influence the corporate TelePresence marcom program design at concept stage.

* Evaluate, package and distribute TelePresence marketing assets that are relevant and compelling for leverage across emerging market regions and countries

* Facilitating integrated marcom programs/deliverables including web, collateral, live and online/virtual events, online-advertising, social media, direct marketing and video

* Establish program metrics, tracking customer behaviors/trends, market intelligence and targeted data (e.g.: customer, segment and collaboration industry) to select the appropriate strategies and tactics in the development of the marcom plan

Skills:


* 7 – 10 years of global marketing communications experience within the technology industry. Cisco experience preferred.

* Networking and/or collaboration technology experience preferred

* Proven experience working with cross-functional, worldwide team members

* Strong program/project management capabilities to span multiple, concurrent projects

* Must be able to quickly grasp the essence of programs, determine urgency and impact, build the communications plan including the vehicles and coinciding schedule

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively influence senior leaders and leadership teams

* Demonstrated ability to define and assess communication strategies and build actionable communication plans

* Ability to develop and evolve short- and long-term communication strategies while consistently driving tactical projects

* Strong project management, negotiation and decision making skills

* Ability to balance quality of work with deadlines, in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture

* Ability to identify risk issues affecting work progress and to recommend solutions

* Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar

Rate: D.O.E, as a w2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)

Location: Half time onsite at client offices in San Jose, half time offsite. No phone calls, please.

Hours/Duration: Full time, ASAP-ongoing
