FirstRain is growing fast and we're now looking for a Director of Demand Management in our San Mateo, CA headquarters to help us build a truly world-class demand generation program to help our rapidly expanding sales team spread the word about FirstRain and grow our business! We're looking for an accomplished demand generation professional experienced in creating opportunities across many different outbound and inbound channels for high-growth, B2B, SAAS solutions.
If you're someone who knows how to successfully take programs from concept to execution and evaluation against measurable objectives; has a strong command and expertise in how to get the most from Salesforce.com and modern marketing automation tools such as Eloqua or Marketo; enjoys collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to find and then execute on the right path to success; and would love the opportunity to develop a best-in-class demand program that markets to the world's leading companies, then read on ...
At FirstRain you will:
• Develop and execute on both broad and targeted demand generation campaigns, outlining campaign objectives, target audience, key message, program sequencing, metrics and calls to action
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales to prioritize marketing campaigns and GTM activities
• Work with the website team to better optimize for attracting and converting inbound prospects, to sync with marketing automation systems, and report monthly on website performance and conversions
• Manage, track and report program budgets and effectiveness, including campaign costs, performance, and ROI through the demand generation lifecycle
• Negotiate and manage demand generation tool vendor relationships
• Work with the sales team to ensure easy access and optimal use of needed CRM and Marketing Automation systems for demand generation and lead management.
• Manage a small team of U.S. and India-based resources to assist in program execution
This role requires that you:
• Have 10+ years of successful inbound and outbound B2B demand generation experience, including program creation, execution, measurement, analysis and reporting, especially in a high-growth, SAAS business
• Have superior organizational and operational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, while meeting critical deadlines
• Pride yourself on the ability to work well across multiple organizational stakeholders
• Are a creative, resourceful and out-of-the-box thinker
• Are an Excel ninja, Salesforce samurai and black-belt in your ability to get the most from Marketing Automation platforms such as Eloqua and Marketo
• Are a high-energy, proactive, creative, team-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for driving company success
