Recruiting Coordinator Position with Naviga Business Services - Plano Texas(Dallas)
Responsibilities:
The Recruiting Coordinator will facilitate multi-candidate interview. This person will meet and greet our candidates and ensure a seamless best of class interviewing experience. In addition, the Recruiting Coordinator will manage pre/post interview day activities and prepare interview packets, update the applicant tracking system, and collect, scan and upload candidates’ documents to profiles in the ATS. Basic Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience in a corporate environment in a support role (i.e. Administrative role)
College Degree a plus!
Advanced Skills with all Microsoft Office products - specifically Excel
Excellent Communication-Written and Oral
Superior time management, organization and prioritization skills
Proven capability to work independently and on a cross-site team
Strong attention to detail
Exhibit a high level of personal ownership and confidentiality
Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change
Ability to embrace new systems and process enhancements
Length of Contract: 5 months
