Rocktape's Sales Manager, Running Endurance will:
� Own the sales function for endurance based sports, including but not limited to running and triathlon, and any other associated retailers.
� Forecasting Reporting -- Work with stakeholders (and outside partners) to develop a sales forecast that allows the organization to anticipate demand from your customers.
� Event Marketing � Manage, attend, work and support all events related to endurance, including but not limited to 10 Rock and Roll Marathons between now and the end of the year. You will also be asked to work at other events, including CrossFit Regionals in May and the CrossFit Games in July.
� Outbound calling � Develop a funnel of prospects in your segment and pursue them vigorously with an outreach program that yields results.
� Channel Policing � You will understand and implement the company's MAP program and ensure that swift action is taken when MAP violations occur.
� Rep Management � When appropriate you will hire and manage external sales organizations to achieve the required sales results.
Candidates should have retail, channel or consumer sales experience and be passionate about Running or Triathlon. Strong sales, writing and presentation skills are required. Prefer candidates with college degree. Ability to travel is a must.
