The Marketing Programs Specialist will focus on planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to support demand generation activity. Your primary duties include campaign planning, campaign development, target audience identification and copywriting. You will also work across key functional teams to coordinate content requirements, list acquisitions, collateral needs, field communications and ultimately driving outbound execution.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute offline and online marketing programs with the purpose of supporting lead generating activities
- Work collaboratively with key cross functions teams to ensure successful execution of programs, on time, including product marketing, marketing operations, web team/marketing design, field marketing, field sales and external agencies ( as needed).
- Ensure that marketing programs are accurately reflected to our external audience � including the website.
- Ensure that all required lead acquisition components are fully in place
- Brief our sales teams about our marketing programs and have the right tools to follow up as required
- Consistently strive to improve campaign performance through metrics, measurement and optimization
- Complete other duties as needed

Required Skills

- 2-3 years of marketing programs experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, programs and priorities
- Experience CRM and marketing automation systems (Marketo, Salesforce.com) is useful
- Highly organized, great attention to detail and deadline driven
- Ability willingness to learn new online platforms and skills
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Great communication and writing skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint
- Experience in working external vendors is useful
