[KITlist] Business Development Manager (Anywhere in the US) (Sunnyvale, CA)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to work in the Alliances Sales team of global high technology enterprise solutions company in Sunnyvale, CA. The Business Development Manager would be responsible for coordinating with and driving alliance partner sales teams to work together to close multi-faceted solutions to enterprise customers, globally.

This is a 40 hours per week, one year project, working anywhere in the US. (30% travel required)
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions� employee.

Responsibilities:
� Leads a cross partner sales teams to design and sell a multi-stack solution of software solutions and infrastructure elements to enterprise customers
� Work across partner sales team to ensure collaboration, and alignment to customer needs and sales goals
� Showcase the business value of the multi-dimensional solution to the customer
� Manages large opportunities through the sales cycle (identify, validate, qualify, close) including communications with, and gaining approvals from executives
� Demonstrates a clear consultative vision and understanding of the client�s business, strategy, organization, culture, and compelling strategic and tactical reasons to act
� Creates unique and compelling value propositions so customer decision-makers clearly grasp the short and long-term business and financial value of the relationship
� Responsible for attaining an indirect sales quota
� Team leadership, resource utilization, internal collaboration/communication

Requirements:
� More than 5 years of business development experience, carrying a sales deal quota
� Extraordinary team leader and astute business person with exceptional business insight and outstanding judgment; executive presentation skills/boardroom presence
� Familiar with enterprise solutions companies (e.g., Cisco, SAP, Oracle, EMC, IBM, MSFT, HP)
� Experience with Global SIs (e.g., IBM, HP/EDS, Accenture, CSC, ACS)
� Excellent cross company/partnership team leadership
� Track record building trusted advisor relationships with VP and C-level clients
� Large joint partner/account management sales experience, including global exposure
� Mastery of the complex sale: discovery (vision, objectives, hypothesis for value add), problem diagnosis (inefficiency/performance gap, financial impact, stakeholders, assumptions), solution design (expectations, alternatives, decision criteria, investment level/timing, consensus), and proposal delivery (transition, transformation, steady state) across multiple partners and solution stack elements
� 25% travel
� Bachelors, and MBA preferred
